A waterfront villa on Milford Beach taken from 255m² to 403m², two new front wings, a rear addition and a full second floor, without losing the character that made it worth keeping.
A copper roof, in-ground pool, loggia and timber decking turn the home outward to the sea, while a coffered open-plan kitchen and living space gives the family a heart to the house. Designed in partnership with architects Jones Architects and interior designer Celine Vernezy of CV Interiors, who selected every finish and fixture, and managed by United House end to end.
