A Devonport villa with an award-winning kitchen that featured in NZ House & Garden, the clearest proof of what United House does best: a kitchen with real heritage character that a modern family genuinely lives in.
The kitchen was designed alongside Lorraine O’Rourke of Trinity Interior Design, balancing modern convenience with the villa’s original character. The restoration was featured in Your Home & Garden, which credited United House for the build. The project also converted a conservatory into a family dining room and delivered a new bathroom, laundry, flooring and full repaint.
When we decided to undertake extensive renovations of our 1905 heritage villa in Devonport, we knew we needed a builder who combined exceptional craftsmanship with a deep understanding of older homes. Choosing Craig Pym of United House was one of the best decisions we made.
